Modules are taught by experienced board directors bringing practical, from-the-trenches perspectives. All sessions are highly interactive and designed to create a safe space to ask and discuss everything you’ve wanted to know about board service.
Our Board Readiness Course is designed to help you understand board service and role for technology leaders in the board. We will guide you to identify the type of board that’s right for your experience, build your network, and maximize your chance of success in your board search.
You’ll be a part of a community of other women engineering and technology leaders where you’ll have opportunities for peer exchange, mentoring from Athena’s Executive mentors, a private Slack channel, and more. A group of experts will be available throughout the program for networking, mentorship, guidance, and advice.
