The first female Investment Partner at SoftBank Vision Fund, one of the largest tech funds in the world with over $130B under management.

The first South Asian to Chair Stanford Business School Management Board. She has been on several public company, private company, educational and non-profit Boards — including being the first female Board Member on the WeWork Board, from the start of the business turnaround after their failed IPO through the company turning profitable in Dec ’22.

She is currently the Co-founder & CEO of a high-growth, venture-backed web3 startup, Virtualness. Kirthiga has been recognized as Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business”, Syracuse University’s Most Notable Alumni, Fortune India’s Most Powerful Women amongst other recognitions.
