Sushma (Sue) Nallapeta is the Chief Technology Officer at Trusted Health, where she leads a team of more than 100 engineers who are building the leading career marketplace for healthcare professionals. Sue has more than 15 years of experience leading engineering teams across a variety of consumer-facing businesses and marketplaces, including Apartment List, Zoosk (acquired by Spark Networks) and Kodak Gallery (acquired by Shutterfly).

She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives and creating products that help people solve everyday problems through the power of technology. Sue serves as a mentor and a resource for other aspiring female engineers and engineering leaders through her work as an ambassador for SheTO and as a mentor with Plato. Sue holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and is a mother for an 8 year old daughter.

About Amy Reichanadter

Amy Reichanadter serves as the Chief People Officer at Databricks and has more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing innovative, results-oriented people programs in high growth environments. At Databricks, Amy leads all of the company’s global HR programs including talent acquisition and management, total rewards, operations, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Prior to joining Databrick, Amy served as the Chief People Officer at Adaptive Insights, a Workday company, for five years and was responsible for leading human resources worldwide. Preceding Adaptive Insights, Amy was the SVP, Human Resources at E2open for 8 years. Amy holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Palo Alto University, a masters in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University, and a bachelors in psychology from UCLA.

About Kathryn Vandiver

Kathryn has more than 20 years as a global engineering leader helping mid-size companies grow and scale to deliver B2B and B2C technology solutions. With experience at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, she is known for extracting the best from teams with a ‘can-do’ approach of aligning product and business objectives with software delivery.

A core skill of Kathryn is in partnering and giving voice to influencers and naysayers to determine what’s working and what’s not and adopting best practices that energize the effort. Kathryn has held various leadership roles and is currently Vice President of Engineering at BlueOwl, a State Farm company.

About Sam Wholley

As a Partner at Lightspeed focusing on Founder Success, Sam oversees Product Development talent across the portfolio. He approaches business as he does many things in life: with hard work and a passion for meeting new people and making lifelong connections. Sam grew up in a very diverse city north of Boston that had a multitude of perspectives, a forceful will, and a strong sense of community; these are values he has always tried to instill in the teams he has worked with. He was raised with a strong work ethic and with a love of groups that have strong, team-oriented values which have transcended into his professional career.

Throughout his career, Sam has been an engineer, consultant, operating leader, and an executive recruiter. While he joined Lightspeed in 2021, he has worked closely with the portfolio and team for many years. Prior to joining the firm, Sam was Managing Partner of Riviera Partners, working with public and venture-backed growth technology companies to build top-tier executive and leadership product development teams.
